Trading at the Arms Fair is subject to the conditions here-under:
Trading is subject to rules imposed by the Museum.
Traders may request a specific placing / position inside the hall, however this is subject to the logistics on the day and cannot be guaranteed, and it is on a first come basis.
Traders will be required to pay the normal entrance fee to the museum for each day they trade.

Exclusive parking provided to traders is solely at your own risk. The museum, SAAACA, and staff will not be held liable for loss, damage or theft whatsoever, caused whilst parking at the premises.

CONFIRMATION OF PARTICIPATION & INDEMNITY FORM FOR TRADERS

Participants for the event/s organised by the Southern Africa Arms & Ammunition Collectors Association, hereby acknowledge that there is a degree of risk involved by taking part in any event and hereby agrees to take part entirely at their own risk and agree that they shall have no claim whatsoever against the organizing body, any individual or official, the sponsors or any local authority or their employees, in respect of any loss or damage whatsoever which participants may suffer arising from any injury to their person or loss of damage to their property as a result of, or arising out of, whether directly or indirectly in taking part in the said event.
